Most of the time, the person leaves once you say no, but this time he did not. I was subjected to a long explanation of his problems, then he left to smoke a cigarette. Then the police asked me if I was okay. After that I departed looking for another place to charge my phone.

Major roads clear, and Public Works says (I called them) they are working on the side streets, but people I have talked to say almost nothing has been cleared including major roads. Plows are just sitting on the roads doing nothing. I know there is a lot of snow out there, and the City of Brigantine says they are working on it; but I see no progress and hear cars getting stuck in the snow....
